Galaxy Ultra is a high performing rubber flooring manufactured in a dual-layer format for outstanding durability. Engineered to withstand heavy weights and cardio equipment, Galaxy Ultra is an excellent choice for weight room and fitness applications. The top layer consists of virgin blend rubber with a 10% marbeled accent pattern, vulcanized to a bottom layer of SBR recycled tire rubber. The textured top wear layer is durable and provides a non-porous, safe , and resilient floor finish satisfying both style and function. Designs from the simple to the complex can be tailored to your facility’s unique style.

Vulcanized Rubber
Vulcanized Rubber is a chemical process for converting natural rubber into more durable materials that has superior mechanical properties. Robbins Durathon & Galaxy rubber products not only have the superior qualities of vulcanization, but are also subjected to an additional vulcanization process that heats two layers of recycled rubber together to form one solid rubber surface. This process produces a rubber floor that is extremely durable and sustainable.
Contains Recycled Tire Rubber
Robbins Galaxy rubber flooring systems are composed of Recycled Tire Rubber and contains up to 100% post-consumer tire rubber and post-industrial EPDM rubber. The manufacturing process for converting tires into rubber flooring creates an environmentally friendly product that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill. The process of recycling rubber produces a material with superior density and resilience suitable for a variety of athletic activities.
Anti-microbial/Anti-fungal Properties
Robbins rubber flooring systems features an Anti-microbial/Anti-fungal additive to fight the growth of fungus or harmful bacteria that can occur from excessive moisture due to sweat, fluids, and other contaminants.
Slip Resistant
Robbins Slip Resistant rubber flooring surfaces are designed to meet strict coefficient of friction standards to prevent slippage during impact. Whether wet or dry, the coefficient of friction of Robbins rubber flooring will ensure anti-slip protection for both the athlete and equipment.
