|Title||Business Systems Analyst|
As the Business Systems Analyst with Robbins, you will have the unique opportunity to guide the Leadership Team by providing actionable insight on business metrics and performance.
The Analyst is primarily focused on evaluating programs and processes for continued improvement and creating or modifying existing systems to achieve overall business strategies. Once opportunities for improvement are realized, this position may serve as the project leader for that initiative. The Business Systems Analyst will be asked to grow their knowledge of Robbins’ systems in order to participate in multiple levels of computer application and development; including analysis, design, requirements definition, development, coding and testing, implementation, training, maintenance and product support. As a supportive IT team member, the Analyst is also responsible for assisting in PC Support and Networking in order to keep operations running and shares responsibility with team members for on-call problem analysis and resolution for all production systems.

The work environment resembles that of a typical office regularly requiring the employee to sit, stand, walk, stoop and use office equipment and computer with related tools. This position may require minimal travel via car and/or plane as needed. Business may be conducted after normal business hours during meals or recreational time. Employee may be required to lift, carry, and package items weighing up to 30 pounds. Occasional exposure to production environment may require use of personal protective equipment including head or eye protection.
