Robbins Maple floors are the Preferred Choice of Winners.

June 23, 2005 – NBA World Champion San Antonio Spurs choose Robbins! Looking to repeat their 1999 and 2003 Championship Seasons, the San Antonio Spurs defeated a strong Detroit Pistons team in seven games and brought the NBA World Championship trophy back to Texas for the third time in six years. The Spurs are making a name for themselves in the record books winning multiple championships in the same decade. Strong defense in game seven and the consistent shooting gave the Spurs the win in the best of seven series. Robbins is pleased to have played a small role in this Championship effort. The old coaching axiom is true. You play like you practice - and in this case the new NBA Champs both play and practice on Robbins maple flooring systems. In the SBC Center arena, the Spurs play on Robbins' premier portable basketball floor system – the Robbins All-Star Plus. This expectation level was carried over when the team chose Robbins as the provider of the hardwood floors in the new San Antonio Spur Sports Training facility.
