Continuous Strip XL Maple
Compared to random length, XL Maple goes down faster, is straighter, stronger and exceeds the minimum requirements of industry grade rules. The patented finger-joint and milling requires less sanding at the jobsite and can increase the life expectancy of the floor by 10 or more years.

XLplus (Precision Lineal Uniform Spacing) Available as a specified option on all Continuous Strip Maple, this Robbins exclusive innovation provides the owner a monolithic maple surface and virtually eliminates the need for spacer-cracks or expansion rows in the floor. Patent-protected and visually confirmed, XLplus adds dimensional stability to the floor and eliminates the need to specify “edge-grain” maple strip.

Bio-Cradle Subfloor Assembly

Mach l Classic Design—14" wide, anchored Bio-Cradle assembly automatically spaces sleepers for nailing 12" O.C.

Mach l FD 12" wide floating Bio-Cradle assembly automatically spaces sleepers for nailing 10" O.C. to provide added strength and support in a floating design.

Mach l HL Standard 14" wide Bio-Cradle assembly (anchored or floating) with additional engineered plywood layer attached. (Use where large bleachers or heavy point loading is anticipated)

Mach l CS Special 30" wide Bio-Cradle installed continuously over substrate automatically spaces sleepers for nailing 10" O.C. for added resiliency. For use under Robbins 3-1/4" wide Continuous Strip XL Maple Strip.

7/16" (11mm) EPDM Bio-Pad Required for use on DIN-Certified Mach l, Robbins' exclusive patented shock pads are made from a special blend of EPDM Rubber to ensure longevity, stability and performance.

Zero/G Shockpad or use under Mach I FD and CS only—Robbins’ low-profile shock-pad offering superior vibration dampening and optimal shock absorption. Continuous support provides uniform ball bounce over the entire surface of the floor. Special mold-preventive additive greatly reduces the potential for fungus and mold to survive beneath the floor.
